Conditions of participation

1.1. Do the following in order to take part in the exhibition:

  • apply for participation no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
  • agree the booth plan with the Exhibition Contractor no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
  • enter into an agreement on participation no later than a month before the start of the exhibition;
  • make payment according to the agreement;

1.2. Participation fee includes the following:

  •  registration fee
  • value of exhibition area: cost of additional equipment and services;

1.3. Reservation of a place will occur after payment of 30% of the total cost of the exhibition area within 3 days after signing of the agreement.

1.4. The payment shall be made in EUR.

1.5. Applications received later than 30 days before the start of the exhibition will be accepted if there is free space.

1.6. Exhibition Contractor reserves the right to place exhibition booths, based on the developed general planning, in the order of receipt of payments, taking into account, as far as it is possible, the wishes of the Participant.

1.7. It is strictly forbidden to place exhibits and advertising objects outside the booth (in passageways and inside other premises) without the permission of the Exhibition Contractor.

Registration fee: 300 EUR.

The registration fee is mandatory for each participant. It includes:

  • posting information about the Participant on the Exhibition Contractor's website unitedpropertyexpo.com;
  • providing 1 badge for every 3 m2 of the ordered area;
  • general security services, cleaning of passageways, utilities, etc.


The cost of 1 m2 of equipped area:  from 400 EUR (Cost depends on the country of participation).

The equipped exhibition area of 9 m2 includes the following:

  • fencing with wall panels;
  • carpet flooring inside the booth;
  • fascia with an inscription approved by the Participant on each open side of the booth;
  • 100х50х100 cm podium (or 3 100х30 cm chipboard hinged shelves, or 3 shelves);
  • 1 table, 3 chairs;
  • lighting – 2 x 30W LED lamps;
  • 1 electrical outlet (1 kW);
  • 1 trash can.

In case of a change in area, the composition of standard equipment will be changed disproportionately!

The cost of 1 m 2 of unequipped area: 400 EUR ;

Unequipped exhibition area  is a marked floor area without wall structures, without electricity connection and without carpet flooring. Only specialized companies accredited to work in the IEC have the right to build a booth (exclusive) on an unequipped area. The Participant shall agree arrival time at the exclusive booth with the property developer and the Exhibition Contractor.

The area provided to the Participant may not be subleased without the written permission of the Exhibition Contractor.

Virtual participation: 500 EUR 

Virtual participation includes the following:  posting information about the Participant on the Exhibition Contractor’s website unitedpropertyexpo.com ; 2 Participant name tags; the possibility of distributing the company’s printing advertising products during the exhibition.

All prices are indicated including taxes.

2.1. Arrange an advertising campaign for the exhibition.

2.2. Carry out an informative E-mail newsletter about the work schedule and visiting the exhibition to industry specialists and trading companies.

2.3. Post information about the Participant on the Exhibition Contractor's website unitedpropertyexpo.com.

2.4. Provide the Participant with area, equipment and services according to his application.

2.5. Perform installation, dismantling of the exposition and works during the exhibition according to the established terms:

2.6. Ensure the protection of the exhibits on the territory of the exhibition during the days of the exhibition from 18:00 till 9:00 the next morning.

2.7. Exhibition Contractor shall not be held liable for the preservation of the Participant's property, its damage or theft during the exhibition working hours, exhibition installation and dismantling.

2.8. Arrange cleaning of passageways.

3.1. Make payment for participation in accordance with the terms specified in the Agreement.

3.2. The Participant shall be financially liable for damage to the exhibition equipment and property of the exhibition premises. The Participant shall be responsible for the serviceability of electrical equipment connected to the socket by the Participant.

3.3. Exhibition participants shall comply with fire safety regulations.

3.4. The removal of exhibits shall be made with the written permission of the Contractor after the closure of the exhibition.

Exhibitors have no right to remove exhibits from their stands before the end of the exhibition.

4.1. Basic information about the Participant on the Exhibition Contractor’s website unitedpropertyexpo.com contains the following:

  • name and address; 
  • contacts;
  • type of company;
  • field of activity;
  • company and trademark logo.

4.2. Exhibition Contractor reserves the right to correct spelling and stylistic errors.
4.3. Exhibition Contractor shall not be liable for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participant or the advertiser.
